Our Sint Maarten shop runs TIG, MIG, stick and flux-cored (GTAW, GMAW, SMAW and FCAW) welding stations, plate cutting and forming, pipe welding, a heavy-lift crane fleet and field crews that mobilize across the Leeward Islands and the wider Caribbean.

Engineering & WPS
We confirm qualified welding procedures (WPS/PQR), verify mill certificates and material traceability, and plan the lift and weld sequence.
Fabrication & welding
Our in-house shop and field crews cut, fit and weld to AWS D1.1, ASME IX and API, with dimensional and heat-input control.
Delivery, install & inspection
We rig, lift and set the work, run visual inspection and NDT (dye penetrant, ultrasonic), and hand over full documentation.

Yes. We work with qualified WPS and PQR and support non-destructive testing (visual, dye penetrant and ultrasonic). Certificate copies, welder qualifications and safety documentation are available as an annex for vendor approval.
